What we collect, and why
Contact and sponsorship request form. Your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message, so that we can answer you and prepare your vine row sponsorship. Without this information we cannot reply to you.
Newsletter. Your email address, if you choose to subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every message.
Audience measurement. Anonymised traffic statistics, to understand which pages are read and improve the site. These statistics are only collected after you agree, through the banner shown when you arrive. If you decline, no measurement takes place.
Form protection. Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. This service analyses your browsing on the page to tell a person from an automated submission. It runs without asking for your prior agreement, because it is necessary for the security of the service you are requesting: without it, the form would be flooded with automated messages. It is not used for audience measurement or advertising.
Legal basis
Your enquiry and your sponsorship are processed on the basis of pre-contractual measures or of the contract itself. The newsletter is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Audience measurement is based on your consent, collected through the banner shown when you arrive, which you can decline.
Who has access
Only Bruno Charles, and our technical providers: OVH, our hosting company (data stored in France), Google Analytics for audience measurement alone, and Google reCAPTCHA to protect our contact form. Your information is never sold, never passed on, and never used for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: three years from our last exchange.
- Sponsorship and invoicing records: for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Audience measurement: fourteen months at most.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie that is strictly necessary for it to work, which remembers your display language and does not require your agreement. For audience measurement (Google Analytics), a banner asks for your agreement as soon as you arrive: « Accept » and « Deny » are shown side by side. Until you accept, no measurement cookie is set. You can change your mind at any time, or delete these cookies from your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port the data we hold about you, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to parcellere6@gmail.com. We reply within one month.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL — cnil.fr.
Transfers outside the European Union
Our audience measurement tool is published by a United States company. Traffic data is collected through its European servers, and the optional data-sharing settings have been switched off. You can decline this measurement from the banner, or block it through your browser settings.
